Lordstown Motors, a company that sells electric vehicles, issued a warning 

on Monday that it would close its doors shortly after providing customers

with a tiny number of trucks. Lordstown claimed that its stock price had dropped below the $1 minimum

necessary for continuing listing on the Nasdaq market in a letter to the Securities

and Exchange Commission (SEC). Foxconn, a major manufacturer of electronics,
